Part time role, 1.5 days a week, UDA rate and target negotiable dependent on experience
ASSOCIATE DENTIST – SHREWSBURY, SHROPSHIRE, INDEPENDENT PRACTICE, JO14534

We need an Associate Dentist with an active performer number to start working in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

·Start date: July 2018
·Wednesday 08:45-14:00
·Thursday 08:45-17:30
·Predominantly NHS list - negotiable amount of UDAs
·UDA rate negotiable dependent on experience
·50% labs and private

REQUIRMENTS:
·Completed GDC registration and certificate
·Allocated performer number (Ideally no restrictions)
·Valid indemnity insurance
·Proof of right to work in the UK
